OperCore may receive information you choose to provide when contacting us, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, project details, budget range and timeline.
Contact-form submissions are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to OperCore by email. The information you submit may therefore be processed by that service according to its own privacy practices.
2. How information is used
Information provided to OperCore may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver requested services, provide support, maintain business records and improve our services.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set advertising cookies or use third-party analytics. If analytics or other tracking technologies are added, this policy will be updated before those tools are enabled.
4. Information sharing
OperCore does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to deliver a requested service, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate business interests.
5. Data retention
Business correspondence and project records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for client service, legal, accounting and operational purposes.
